Henry : for Carolyn

Carolyn found me through my Etsy store while searching for baby shower invitations.  We modified the Henry theme for her event.  We included a backside for the less exciting (but still important :) ) information, such as registry info. 
One of my favorite parts is actually on the backside, they are asking each guest to bring a book to add to the new baby's collection - such a great idea!  We designed a bookplate to match which will be mailed out with the invitation that each guest and place in their chosen book.

Carolyn didn't want to deal with the hassle of printing everything herself, so I printed them for her.  She had chosen the 'Beet' color for the invitations, so I included matching envelopes from Paper-Source.

The invitations were printed on 100% Cotton 110# Crane Lettra paper.

I packaged them up in vellum bags, which were sewn shut to protect their lovely contents....

....tied them together with a little string....

 ....added a thank you note and business card....

....wrapped them up in some tissue paper and they were ready to go!

I'll be designing a few more coordinating pieces for this event so keep your eyes peeled!
